1. Zero Tolerance Policy

AniYu operates on a strict, zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to providing a safe environment for all our users. Any user found sharing, promoting, or requesting CSAM will face immediate, permanent suspension from the AniYu platform, and all relevant data will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant regional authorities.

2. In-App Reporting Mechanisms

AniYu empowers its users to maintain a safe community. We have implemented accessible in-app reporting tools:

• Report a Post/Comment: Users can tap the options menu on any post or comment to report inappropriate content directly to our moderation team.
• Report a User: Users can report entire profiles if they suspect the user is violating our safety policies.
• Dedicated CSAM Reporting: Reports flagged specifically for child safety violations are escalated immediately for urgent review.

3. Automated AI Moderation

AniYu employs advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) moderation tools to scan global feeds, community posts, and user profiles. This system automatically detects and intercepts hate speech, toxic content, and attempts to share exploitative material before it reaches the wider community.

4. Compliance with Law Enforcement

AniYu complies strictly with regional and international child safety laws. When a CSAM violation is confirmed:

• The offending account is permanently banned.
• We preserve all related digital evidence.
• We proactively report the incident and supply the preserved data to national and international authorities (such as NCMEC or local cybercrime units).
